Hi! I'm James...

I work with leading organisations to make their experiences simple, meaningful and lasting!

My working expertise spans the whole product life cycle, from scoping problem statements and conducting user research to synthesising and iterating designs, implementing strategic design decisions, and delivering practical solutions aligned with strategic goals.

I have spent over 15 years designing human-centred products and services in all environments, ensuring that design decisions are informed by real users and that business decisions are aligned with modern service and product development.

Whether working or not, I am a father, a husband, a coach and an advocate for transplantees. I love sport! Having received a life-saving transplant I ensure I spread the word of organ donation and it's positive influences!
